I barely have the words to express how incredible June 4, 2023, was in downtown Santa Cruz. Pride is the most joyous celebration, and I was privileged to have a booth to sell my crochet. I met so many wonderful people. I think I smiled all day as folks came in, looked at things, loved what they saw, appreciate my humor, and found something that made them happy. That connection between being the creator and seeing the appreciation in someone’s face is indescribable.
