Yes, the ELI assessment is a valuable component of a powerful coaching relationship, but it doesn’t mean you need coaching. In my practice, I like to start here for anyone who really wants to understand themselves and their energy. I am committed to providing enough information that will allow you to pursue self-development on your own. If you need or want help, then I would love to be your coach. But the two activities merely support one another; they are not dependent on one another.
Mechanically speaking, here’s how it works.
I have priced the assessment so it includes the price of the online tool and a short, pre-assessment session so I can meet and learn a bit about you. Then you’ll take the assessment. As soon as I get the results, I will share the report with you and schedule a debrief that takes just under two hours. There’s a lot of information that we can discuss, and I think it’s important to take the time to take it in and think about what we discover. You’ll also get a copy of the debrief recording so you can go back and listen to it if you need clarification.
